Beauty, in all its forms, is an essential ingredient of happiness, and human beings need it more than they would like to admit. Our soul needs beauty as our body needs air, water and nutrients. Without beauty you become sad and depressed.
You can always try to bring a little more beauty in your lives; it's easy. Details are very valuable because, when they are neglected, they are as annoying as jangles in a lovely song. Listen to good music, touch materials which are pleasant to touch, enjoy the perfume of flowers, admire the leaves of a tree, listen to the sounds of nature... all these things attract us, give us energy and pleasure, and elevate our spirit.

Tutti abbiamo bisogno di bellezza nel nostro intimo, quel tipo di bellezza che ci libera dalla confusione mentale e fisica.
La bellezza in tutte le sue forme è un ingrediente essenziale della felicità e gli esseri umani ne hanno più bisogno di quanto piaccia loro pensare. L'anima ha bisogno di bellezza, come il corpo ha bisogno di aria, acqua e nutrimento. Senza bellezza si diventa tristi e depressi.
Si può sempre cercare di portare un po' di bellezza nella propria vita; è facile. In questo senso, i dettagli sono molto preziosi: quando sono trascurati, sono molto fastidiosi. Come le note stonate in una bella canzone. Ascoltate della buona musica, toccate materiali piacevoli al tatto, sentite il profumo dei fiori, ammirate le foglie di un albero, ascoltate i rumori della natura... tutte queste cose ci attirano naturalmente, ci danno energia e piacere, e ci elevano spiritualmente.
